The Magentic Geisha Balls use a progressive weight system that can be used with or without the included silicone rope to tone and strengthen the pelvic floor muscles. The goal of this type of exercise is to start with a black ball on a silicone rope and then gradually increase the weight by magnetizing 1 ball at a time. These magnetic Kegel balls allow 7 levels of training until you can train with the 4 balls together. Made of 100% soft medical silicone.
