Double Lock Thumbcuffs

Thumbcuffs designed for official police use. They are light weight and compact and they have double lock. Instructions: Lock-Single: Press cuff down on right and left thumbs and rotate two jaws until engage ratchets. Jaws may be tightened as required. Lock Double: With cuff single locked on right and left thumbs, use tip on key handle to depress plunger on top of cuff. Jaws are thus locked against travel in either direction.
