The first few times, it is very important to be calm and relaxed.

1. Before using the IrisCup, sterilize it for 3 minutes in boiling water.
2. Wash your hands thoroughly with hot water and soap.
3. For the first inserts, we recommend using a water-based lubricant to facilitate insertion.
4. Find a comfortable posture, then hold it with your fingers and compress it. Then insert it in the vagina obliquely towards the bottom.
5. After introducing it into the vagina, release the menstrual cup and let it unfold, immediately stick to the vaginal walls.
